My name is Emily Peay. I have been in the fitness industry for 10 yrs now. I am certified in Group Fitness,Tabata Bootcamp, Muscle, Cycling, Kick Kamp, Pound, Equalizers, and Kickboxing. I have such a great love for health and fitness that it has driven me to become a Personal Trainer. I love helping others gain a knowledge of the mechanics of how the body works, and the importance of a clean healthy diet. I look forward to providing you with motivation and the know how to reach, and even surpass, your fitness goals.

I’m a dedicated personal trainer, passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals. I am certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have trained with some of the top trainers in the world who have inspired me to pursue my passion and share it with others. Through my own experiences, I understand client’s needs and struggles which give me a unique perspective. I work with youth, adults, and elderly alike. Using what I’ve learned in real life experience and through the industries top rated certification/education I can craft workouts to fit a multitude of clients goals. My passion for health and fitness started 16 years ago, when I started my own fitness journey of shedding 100 lbs. I know how it feels to be stuck, depressed, lost, and uncomfortable in my own skin, as well as the mental battle with food. Nothing makes me happier than seeing clients reach their goals, and doing things they thought weren’t possible. Hard work, determination, and a positive happy attitude can do amazing things!

I am a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and Personal Fitness Systems. I also have continuing education as a certified GGS-1 Coach, fitness nutrition specialist, and intuitive eating counselor. I know the struggles of weight and body image. I have personally worked through the challenges of disordered eating and losing and maintaining a significant amount of weight and I am passionate about helping women have a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and their bodies. My philosophy is that exercise, daily activities, and food should be a source of joy in a person's life, not a source of frustration. I take a non diet approach to health and fitness focusing on intuitive eating with my clients.

Pricing- INDIVIDUAL

*Session by session $45 an hour or $25 1/2 hour 
One hour sessions 2 times a week
* 4 week pkg. $336 ($42 an hour) 
* 6 week pkg  $504 ($42 an hour) 
*8 week pkg.  $640 ($40 an hour) 

One hour sessions 3 times a week
* 4 week pkg. $504 ($42 an hour)
* 6 week pkg.  $756 ($42 an hour)
* 8 week pkg.  $960. ($40 an hour) 
*30 minutes sessions and packages available also at half the cost of hour sessions. 

GROUP TRAINING 
*Group Training one hour sessions: 
$30 per person for two people. 
$25 per person for groups of three or four.

Group Training 30 minutes sessions:
$15 per person for two people
$12.50 per person for three-four people 

Tim Stubbs:

I have been a certified personal trainer for the past 16 years. I began training because of my interest in bodybuilding. While getting ready for competitions I had the opportunity to help others in the gym who noticed my progress. I really enjoyed seeing others succeed with me and that is what motivated me to pursue personal training as a career. I’ve worked in several locations such as Utah, Las Vegas and Georgia.
Training others to achieve goals has been rewarding for me since day one. I’ve seen success with a variety of clients, whether it’s been losing body fat, gaining muscle, overcoming injuries and health issues, getting ready for sports, women’s figure competitions or bodybuilding.
Certifications:
I have certified with NASM and ISSA. I am currently certified with IACT.
