We offer a wide variety of fitness classes to keep you and your family in shape.  Our staff of instructors are nationally certified in a variety of modalities and have years of experience.  Classes you will find include:  Pilates, Cycling, Yoga, Meditation, Muscle & Core Training, Bootcamp, Zumba®, Hip Hop, Senior Fit, Kid Fit, Kick Boxing and so much more!!  In addition, take advantage of our specialty beginner classes to learn proper form and technique.  These classes include Beginning Cycling and Using Fitness Equipment.

These classes are free with your membership or $3.50 without membership.  So come out and have a lot of fun and get in shape at the same time. Our schedule changes monthly so check back often.
