Swiss Chess Tournament- April 2013

Cost: Registration: $15.(Includes lunch) Must be received no later Apr 24 / Thereafter $20  you can mail in your registration form below to the Address above or Register on line at rec.plgrove.org-Click on Programs and Classes, then click Tournaments.

*Lunch Includes: 2 slices of pizza, soda and homemade cookies.(Parents may purchase a meal as well.)

Rules: USCF rules apply; however, this is NOT a USCF rated tournament

USCF rating will be used first; otherwise ratings will be assigned, by age or by the tournament director.

Time control: game in 30 minutes per player / Last round will be 45min per game. Each child will play all rounds

*Depending on number of players-4 to 5 rounds will be played

Section 1-Unrated 0-7yrs.or if you have never played in a tournament before. Check in- is the same time as Section 2

Section 2- A-Rating 100-599

B- Rating-600-900

Check in 8:30 am

Round 1: 9:30 am

Round 2: 10:35 am

Round 3: 11:40 am

Round 4: 12:45 pm

Awards 2:00- 2:30 pm

Section 3- Rating 900 & Above

Check in: 8:30am

Round 1: 9:30 am

Round 2:10:35am

Round 3:11:40am

Round 4: 12:45 PM

Awards 2:00- 2:30 pm
