The Health & Fitness Fair will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2013 from
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Community Center, 547 South Locust Ave.

Admission to the Health and Fitness Fair is FREE.  There will be health screenings, vendor booths, and door prizes throughout the day. 

There will also be fitness class demonstrations including, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates and more!
