The PG Recreation Center partners with certified personal trainers to offer you another method to help you achieve your personal wellness goals. Here is a list of our approved trainers. My name is Emily Peay. I have been in the fitness industry for 10 yrs now. I am certified in Group Fitness,Tabata Bootcamp, Muscle, Cycling, Kick Kamp, Pound, Equalizers, and Kickboxing. I have such a great love for health and fitness that it has driven me to become a Personal Trainer. I love helping others gain a knowledge of the mechanics of how the body works, and the importance of a clean healthy diet. I look forward to providing you with motivation and the know how to reach, and even surpass, your fitness goals.

30 Minute Sessions: Available upon request

Julie is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and an additional certification through personal fitness systems. I developed a love for health and fitness six years ago when I started my own journey to feel better. I have successfully maintained and 80 pound weight loss and am passionate about helping others reach their specific health and fitness goals. I believe that working out, daily activities, and eating well should be a source of joy in a person's life NOT a source of frustration. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improve balance and flexibility, endurance, or just to feel good, let me help you find the joy that comes from setting and reaching your goals!

Pricing:

*Session by session $45 an hour or $25 1/2 hour 
*4 week pkg. $336 ($42 an hour) 2 sessions a week
*8 week pkg.  $640 ($40 an hour) 2 sessions a week
* 8 weeks 3 times a week: $864
* Group of 4 two times a week for 4 weeks: $180 PER PERSON (must have 4 people)

Jill Nix has been teaching and training athletes in the health and fitness industry since
1981. Poor health, weight gain, and disappointment, led her into a field that would
forever change her life, and those of whom surrounded her. Health and fitness are her
passion. She’s certified with AFAA as both Personal Trainer and Group Fitness
Instructor.

Her top three passions and extensive field of study are:
1. Natural Health
2. Weight and Cardiovascular Training
3. Nutrition

Jill has been a successful Pro NGA Figure Competitor for the past six years. She retired
in 2016, to focus on sharing her knowledge and wisdom with those interested in pushing
the envelope, upping their game, enhancing their life, and 'coming out of the box'. She
has also been a successful National NPC Figure Competitor and NGA/NPC
Bodybuilder.

available for soccer, wrestling, football, baseball, swimming, triathlon and marathon
participants. Jill will formulate a program based on your sport.
